What this notice covers
This covers personal data we collect through jobapay.ai. Data processed inside our platform on behalf of a customer is covered by the data processing agreement we sign with that customer, not by this notice.
What we collect
If you complete the form on our contact page we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, the size of your workforce, your industry, and anything you write in the message field. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, and a spam check from Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone outside the companies listed below, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Who else handles it
Resend delivers the email from our contact form. Cloudflare runs the spam check. Vercel hosts the site. Each of them processes data on our instructions under their own agreements with us.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date below. This version was published in September 2026.
