3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients must provide our vetted personnel with safe, unhindered access to the specified facility during agreed-upon operational hours. The client is responsible for securing highly sensitive or confidential documents prior to scheduled cleanings.
4. Payment Terms
Payment structures, including invoicing schedules and net terms, are defined in your specific contract proposal. Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any material we provide, at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of our service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
